Skin em, gut em, drop em in a stock pot with just enough water to cover the carcass. Let em boil for 4 hours. The meat should be ready to fall off the bone nice. You can pour the broth through a colander, to pick out the bones, teeth and gristle. Return the meat back to the broth, along with one bay leaf. Dice 4 potatoes, 4 onions and some carrots; and include these into the stew. Let that boil another half-hour. Then turn off the heat, and crush 10 garlic cloves and threw them in. Let it simmer for another half-hour.

Set out some big bowls. In each bowl lay a thick slice of hard crust bread, and ladle some of this stew on top of that bread. Add a light sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese, and serve with ****** of neat whisky.

That is some good eats right there

Believe it or not, the quills and guard hair of the fur (if long enough) could have a little value too. Used by Native Americans for some items.

Odd that a liquid unit of measure should be '****' How peculiar.

I typed the legal unit of measure. 1.5 US fl oz, or 44 mL. Commonly used to measuring liquid spirits.

Peculiar, I say. Lets us try another unit of measure. A 'foot', the part of my body that connects onto the end of my leg. A foot. Legally defined as 12 inches. Did that also become '****' ?

Play a rhyming game. I got starred for using an abbreviation of 'raccoon' and for a term used to denote a small opening (think of what you do to a log cabin to help weatherize it).

As youngsters we received .50 for each quill pig we brought to the town office. They are such tree killers. Put out poison and you will have more than just the porcupine dead on the property.Shoot it and be done.
