On the same thought..."laughter is a joyful sound" but you can't hear me laughing unless I send you a (LOL) or a face. It is sometimes hard to have effective communication indicating that I am hearing(reading) what the person is saying because we do not have face to face eye contact or body language. We are all strangers to each other and each others lives until we share as little or grandiose as we feel led to share. Sometimes it is hard to decipher the true intent of a comment. It is an imperfect world and we all have good days and circumstances and bad days and circumstances and this can be reflected outwardly by transference to others without true intent. Therefore I read and take what my spirit needs and just as what I have to share you can take or leave as it touches your spirit. I am known to DM a person if I have a intuitive feeling rather than blast a statement directly on the forum. I am a gentle spirit, loving and at peace with the world and I would not intentionally offend.
"We are each of us angels with only one wing and we can only fly embracing each other". This dynamic quote from L. deCrescenzo likens people to one-winged angels. Though imperfect, by reaching out and embracing others we can soar. It is an extraordinary person who chooses to embrace life, rather than shun life, especially when cloaked with illness and we never know who may be suffering and just trying to get by.
