Well we now have both as law. We just have to wait 90 days after the session ends and we are good.

Well the legislature has ended on the the session on the 17th so on or 15 or 16th or October suppressors will be legal for hunting ( thought there may be a permit involved ), Any non prohibited person can ccw without any gov permission and you can buy and carry any knife you want even switchblades. Freedoms restored people life is good.

Yes, there is a permit to possess any silencer or suppressor. The feds don't care whether you hunt with it or just reduce the muzzle blast at a range. It's $300 per device.

This legislation won't directly affect me as I currently see no need to carry concealed (or otherwise), however, I like the idea of living in a state that respects our natural rights!
