The Mist...the latest Stephen King-to-bigscreen adaptation. Based in Maine, but filmed in Shreveport LA...

One of the worst movies I recall in recent times...

I believe Spitfire Grill was actually filmed in Peacham, Vt. in 1995. The inconvience of it all so upset the locals that they passed an ordinance..no more movies filmed in Peacham.

We sat down as a family to watch Empire Falls. With the amazing cast how could it not be great. Well, I think everyone left about halfway thru. Aliitle slow.

Really enjoyed the Mel Gibson film, Man Without a Face.

The handyman in the movie reminds me of me.

I like your comments about this wonderful movie! The acting and story line is indeed superb.

MRV...Spitfire Grill was indeed filmed in Peacham, VT. Very, very beautiful village. One of the best in New England, IMO!

"The Shawshank Redemption." !!!! Really great movie. I takes place in Maine, though it may not have been filmed here.
