Yes, Sunday is better for me, but I'm just one person, and not the hostess of the event. If Sunday works for the others that would be really cool.

You really are sweet...

oww... I missed this tread, and even at the lunch I heard you all talking about it. I thought.. Hummm... I didn't get invited.

I would love to come over.
I will wait for the date, get my supplies and head on up.

Invited? Oh Honey, you've been recruited to pick brush ahead of time if it's going to rain. You never need an invite to my house.

I'll DM one particular person to make sure Sunday's good for her. Either day is good for me but I'm leaning toward a Sunday because of hunting season.

Meaty and three other ducks are going up the road to live. They'll have their choice of three ponds, a nice barn in winter and new owners who are well trained in the art of running to the door with food when the flock comes quacking for breakfast.

Here's the story - Peachie pointed out a duck and said he was pretty. Me and my big, matter-of-fact-about-food mouth said, "We're going to eat him." Some day I'll learn to and just agree! Molly looked him over and said, "He does look meaty." Meaty's been claimed though so up the road he'll go.

I just love a happy ending to a nice story! See Peachie? It's all good!

Do they have a jacuzzi up the road too? Perhaps a duck spa?

Happy cows may come from California but happy ducks come from Maine!

MW, what a nice offer you have extended to everyone. It sounds like a really fun day!
