This is a sum of of Bucksport: a quiet town, it does NOT smell, the schools are wonderful, there are many cultural activities, a small movie theater, a cute ice cream shop, NO GANGS OR PROSTITUTES, (ridiculous) and not just a drive through town to get to Acadia National Park. There is a wonderful waterfront walkway with a festival in late July. I Love this town and would never live anywhere else! I'm sorry that the local teens may have been walking to the grocery store to pick up some mountain dew...one of them may have been my son who has never even picked up a cigarette. As for prostitutes?????
