We are moving to Maryland and considering building a new house. After doing some research, we decided to settle at Montgomery or Howard county.
Anybody have experience with new home builders of these two counties? Any recommendations?

We've been talking about a few builders. viking, trinity, nvr, classic, columbia and williamsburg. It seemed that NVR, Columbia and williamsbury are bigger than trinity, viking and classic, and also more expensive.

Any body know about Viking and classic? how are their job quality?

Thanks in adance.

The recommendations would depend completely on your price range and the type of house you are looking for. EG, do you want a standard 4-BR colonial or a custom million-dollar home? I am confused by your question as Viking and Classic are custom builders and NVR is a production builder.
