Why oh why did I waste my time reading that article. It is chockablock with utter nonsense and BS.
It is anything but a valid scientific study. My computer didn't like the link either, there may be some bugs in there. The second I clicked on it my browser shut down and it took me a few minutes to coax the computer to display the page. Should have expected some kind of nonsense seeing that the link is to a MSNBC site.

I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to assign you a score of 61 due to your unhappiness.

After being in Maryland all my life, I find the number 6 spot hard to believe.

LOL @ Dreamy 46!

That's funny ! I don't have any credit card debt, how could I not be happy !

I've been through Maryland before, my X wife grew up there and I know I'm a lot happier here in Montana than I would be in any eastern state or any large city in any state. I think that study was biased and bogus.

If you drive in MD, you're not happy! I think it's a function of wealth more than anything else from the study. The people aren't very friendly so maybe their happiness is internalized inside the McMansions? Just a theory.

People cannot drive in maryland. I do not know what the problem is. Every SINGLE time it rains. There is a guaranteed accident. The driving part alone would probably knock maryland down to at least #20 on my list.
