Hi everyone. There is a possibility that I will be attending UMass Amherst for grad school in September. I am going to be looking for an apartment, but am not sure where the best place to look would be. I'm from the farthest end of western MA and have been to Northampton several times, but am not familiar with many of the smaller towns in that area.
I do NOT want to live around loud, partying college kids. I am open to anywhere within a 20-30 minute drive. As far as my budget goes, I would like to keep it around $650 (or under, ideally) for a 1 bedroom, or even a studio. The town doesn't have to have a lot going on, I just require that it be safe and quiet! Pretty/quaint would be nice, too
