I just moved to Carlisle and I am wondering if anyone can recommend a veterinary hospital for my dog and cats' wellness exams (no special needs). I am willing to travel a bit to find a good vet. The same goes for dog boarding. I see plenty of ads but I would rather receive recommendations from anyone on this forum that has a special place that they like. Just looking for a clean facility with a caring staff. Thanks for any info.

This looks great and not too far away! Thank you so much.

I've been very happy with Nashoba Valley Animal Hospital, on the Littleton/Westford line, not far from Acton.

Thank you!
Do you know of a good boarding kennel as well? I don't go away often, but sometimes I like to spend a weekend in NYC and can't bring my dog with me.

Although they're not in Carlisle, they're not too far away -- dog sitters who love dogs. They're in Saugus, and I personally know the owners.

Can't help you there- I board my dogs at the vet's kennel because I have all seniors whose medical records are right there.
I have been happy in the past with Palmer Kennel in Acton (at the corner of Rt. 27/119), up the driveway for the Quail Ridge development. The owner is the animal control officer for Acton and there is always someone on the premises, and they have nice runs.
