Andover is the only town not on the coast or the 128 corridor. No real "research" went into it.

Of course it is absurd to rank towns (or cities) on something like distance from NYC. The whole western end of the state is at a considerable disadvantage on that criterion when, in fact, the greater proximity to NYC is an advantage: New Yorkers drop a lot of money in the Berkshires and the Western Mass/Pioneer Valley corridor has always had strong ties to Conn and New York. The DD criterion is just plain silly. Why not Friendly's? That started in Springfield didn't it? Years ago someone doing something as silly as this could have ranked towns on Howard Johnson's access (born in Quincy) and one day, when DD is just as dead as HoJo is now, all these towns will still have bundles of real advantages and disadvantages that are too difficult to unpack for a snarky news item.

I posted this because of its absurdity. Apologies to those who are up in arms over it.

Agreed with the poster who said this was bad competition.

I thought from this that move to was a satirical site. The Onion of real estate.

Perhaps that'd be more easy to infer if you wrote anything at all, rather than only posting the link ("link and run").
