A portion of the facade of the building still exists and is now apartments. I think you can still visit the old cemetery, just not certain how to get there due to the new construction.

Medfield State Hospital is Medfield, MA is a great choice. It's like an abandoned college campus. The main building for patients was torn down a few years ago, but the majority of the campus is still there. Highly recommended.

You can hike to the town center of the former town of Dana via a trailhead on Route 32A just north of Glen Valley Road in Petersham. It's a 1.8 mile walk from Route 32A; there are cellar holes along the way, and stone walls around the former cemetery at the common.

Another great reservoir-related artifact is the shell of the Old Stone Church in West Boylston, which was vacated when the Wachusett Reservoir was built. It's at the junction of Routes 12, 110, and 140 and is open to the public.
