On week days when I'm leaving Holyoke to go back to Maine(after visiting daughter), I always take 202 to Rt 2 to 495.

But I've never traveled east on a Saturday. What's the traffic going to be like tomorrow morning at 8:30 AM to 495?

This weekend might be a little heavier with the planned shutdown of 95/128 in Needham for demolition of the old Highland Ave. bridge. Who knows how the roads are going to be affected.

Thanks all.... I guess we'll not take a chance, and take our usual route. I will do anything to avoid traffic jams.

Since I use Ubuntu Linux, it won't work on my PC. I don't have an iPhone either. Thanks for offering though.

The OP is talking about going from Holyoke to Maine via I90 to I495. They won't remotely be near Needham so I'd be shocked if they saw any of the traffic that will cause. The I90/I495 interchange is out by Hopkinton and Westborough which is probably a 30 minute drive away from where the work is going on.

Oh I realize that but you never know what could happen with the traffic.

Do you have an Android phone, or don't use a smartphone at all?

Even without the app, I'd tend to agree with those who say not to worry about pike traffic tomorrow.

.
I spend too much time every day working on the internet. I don't need to be tethered to it on an iPhone or and Android in the remaining time when I should be enjoying my surroundings. Its a choice. There is a limit to which I will allow the internet to control my life.

Of course, I bet I'm a lot older than you. I'm not planning on getting the chip in my shoulder, and Maine has not yet agreed to participate in the national license plate database.
