Please provide the documented proof.

Voter impersonation fraud is extremely rare -- it is a crime, for which one could be punished, for very little payoff -- ONE single additional vote.

Several states have had mail in voting only for years, with zero evidence of fraud.

And, as has been pointed out, all states have allowed at least some mail in voting for absentee ballots for years, again, with little to no evidence of fraud.

.
Of course. We all know this is a red herring...to cast doubt on the outcome before the election even takes place.

So if someone votes early via absentee vote but then passes away would that be argued to be a dead person voting? You have to put things into context.

It's dependent on the state. Most states count the vote of a person who voted early/absentee if they die before election day. A few allow for "challenging" that vote. In reality, it's such a small probability that it may not make a difference in the outcome.

It seems post-Reagan, socially conservative minds cannot critically assess truth from delightful fiction. He was, if nothing else, a very good story teller.

If the mail was a constant source of fraud how does that explain social security checks? From the early 1930's to about 2013 (about 80 years) there were very few if any issues.

also keep in mind mail is scanned. You can get emails of your mail for that day for free.

There's no reason for people to bash the post office like it's a dead horse. This isn't the 1970's when you had no idea when a package would happen. The shipping industry changed and the USPS did as well. There were reforms in the 70's and the financial mandate for funding can be argued to be unfair.

It's a census year. Guess who processes that...the post office. If it wasn't for the census we wouldn't know how to allocate state and federal funding. I'm not knocking private shippers at all. I've fine with them existing although in some instances they have gone on strike and that hasn't happened to USPS since Nixon.

Corporate votes (proxies) were largely in the mail until 20 years ago. Did any company accuse them of fraud? No. Again you can't really bash a system and say it's weak when there's been reforms for years.

It's not turning up right now for some reason, but it was definitely in the news back in the 2008 election when the problem was investigated. What they discovered was Massachusetts overall had low rates of fraud, yet there was a significant amount in a few select cities. Chelsea, Everett, as well as some precincts in the city of Boston, and Somerville was the highlight. Just there, was something like over 100 dead people voting (maybe even hundred"s" I forget now). Here is an example from Maryland. There have been examples all over the country.
