It seems basic/ok enough, but the sales history would give me a moment's pause as it did for you.

Slight off-topic...pet peeve about the listing photos. I hate it when there are like 8 photos of the SAME room but just taken from tiny little different angles. It screams amateur to me.

The house is for sale by owner so that is probably why.

House was kind of, eh, meh I guess ... not horrible certainly but not good enough to make up for the big apartment complex across the street. Pass.

Yeah, it was just way out of proportion to the rest of the kitchen ... way too big. They probably didn't realize it until after it was done I would guess. Kitchen would have been better with a nice movable island.
