The county is 90% white, I doubt people of color are the root of the problem.

I'm not a fan of the lower cape, but once you get to the Harwich/Chatham area and go even further down to Welfleet and Provincetown it's beautiful. I've heard the Hyannis area be referred to as Brockton by the Sea these days.
