How strictly is the 14 day quarantine (coming from out of state by airplane) enforced?

Super strict. They will throw you in jail and waterboard you. If you don't plan on quarantining, best to stay wherever you are.

I thought they escalated the punishment to Decimation?

Ok, to be serious. The quarantine is strict, but enforcement seems to be weak, and likely comes after the fact. For instance, if you flew in, didn't quarantine and went to a work event and an outbreak was linked back to you, you would be fined then.

If you fly in, don't quarantine and are out and about and mind your business, nobody will stop you and ask you questions about it.

The Romans used to line everyone in a rebelling village up and kill every tenth person. Thus decimate. Reduce by a tenth. Massachusetts isn’t quite that strict.

The New York Times has Massachusetts at 71 positives per day per 100,000. At this point, the whole notion of out of state travel quarantine is ludicrous. If you’re Hawaii or Vermont with a low positive rate? Sure.

I'm surprised you haven't been brought to Salem and burned at the stake for even posing such a question. How dare you ask questions. The mask voodoo's are surely preparing a sacrificial ceremony.

I thought they used it to punish soldiers in battle who didn't bring home an expected victory? Broke the troops up into groups of 10, and let them pick from a bucket of 10 stones. 9 black, 1 white. If you got the white stone, your 9 buddies would have to....well...

Of course now we are getting off-topic

I flew home to Massachusetts last week. Filling out the forms was on an honor system. We filled them out on our phones.

Just get the test no more then 72 hours before arrival. It is just right thing to do. We did a test. It was very easy to get a drive up test done at CVS.
