I think some people who oppose this think that as soon as the law passes bathing suit tops will be tossed in the air like graduation caps. But I'd wager that most people feel similar to you (I know my fiancee does). Even in places like the French Riviera where it's already accepted/already legal,
most women are generally wearing tops most of the time.
