Is there continuing immigration from Portugal/Azores or is it more tilted towards Brazilians (in terms of Portuguese speakers)?
I'd have to say there are more Brazilians. In 2020, less than 700 immigrants from Portugal came to the US. I couldn't find a number for Brazil but I would imagine it's higher. As a member of the EU, Portuguese have the opportunity to easily move to many countries.

OTOH, I have had two cousins from Brazil move to the UK in past decade. Both were able to move to Germany first as their fathers were both of German citizenship which granted them the same. After a few months in Germany, they were able to move to the UK with the latter just before Brexit.

That makes sense. It seems like the days of Euro immigration are over.

Interesting that your cousins moved from Germany to the UK. Their timing seems to be great, right before Brexit.
