Nah, dead wrong, but you'll never admit it. Either you really don't understand the sometimes decades-long process required to become a citizen, or (more likely) you do but just love to stir up anti-brown resentment about white voters being replaced.
Amigo, are you telling me NYC, SF and Portland shenanigans are not happening? Yes or no?
It's not even the vote piece that angers people nor does it have to do with skin color. We are living in times where the cost of everything is going up- inflation is at an all time high, electricity bills expected to skyrocket, school funding is not good and now they're making room for more non english speaking students....but then we keep hearing stories of all these migrants showing up with nothing needing money from our country, our states our cities and towns. This is not helping anything. It is adding more fuel to fires for people.
It angers me - as a taxpayer I don't want to be on the hook for cradle to grave welfare of tens of millions of uneducated, unskilled, unemployable "asylum seekers.". We already have enough of our own bleeding us dry.
aaand I just had a spanish speaking woman who i could barely understand ringing my doorbell asking me to sign a petition to legalize short term rent. Wow.
I had an Irish guy with a thick brogue behind the bar the other day, could barely understand him. Why wouldn't he learn to speak like an American. This is the USA! I wonder if he was legal? Lots of bartenders work under the table. /s

Good try. It's rare to see many people from Ireland around here these days because Ireland is a good place to live with a thriving economy. Irish also speak English. Again nice try.

it's mind boggling that people think it's ok. 'Oh how can I help?' is what all the bleeding hearts on social media try and showcase. Um let's see, you can let them move into your house, find them a job or pay them yourself. That's pretty much how you can help sis!

I would have told her "No, gracias" then shut the door.
if they end up ever voting at all...you know not everyone votes right?
I think you're inadvertently proving my point...which was made tongue-in-cheek in response to a certain other poster here.
