Brockton came in 58.4% yes vote

Amazingly low turnout. Only about 18,500 votes out of a city with 105,000 people. More people voted in Barnstable..

Ma is a very very blue state. almost nothing changes that. it wasnt worth voting cause the outcome was known before the voting even started. It would be wonderful to get out of this state. It use to be a great state. People helping people, but now, most cant even be bothered to call the police is they see an accident or someone hurt. Its become a very selfish state.

Indeed. I voted no. If it had a provision for income averaging for the 1 lifetime windfall, I would have supported it.

Passed. nearly all the remaining towns will likely vote yes. So It'll end up being 52.0%-52.1% in favor Much closer than polls thought. But this was a very low turnout election.

Again..

On an income of $2.7M...

Your income after income tax is $2,497,000 instead of $2,565,000 currently.

Does that meaningfully change your lifetime windfall if you owned a house worth that much?
