If the state just started distributing the refunds today, I wouldn't expect to see the funds appear in bank accounts until tomorrow at the very earliest with more coming Thurs/Fri. since direct deposits can take up to several business days to process. I just checked - nothing on my end.

It's a very sad state of affairs when people are so excited about getting an extra couple hundred dollars.

What's so sad about it? It'll cover their avocado toast for the next few months.

More like a few days - $25 organic artisanal cruelty-free avocado toast typically also comes with several equally artisanal $18 mimosas and a $25 uber ride to and from, with a 30% is the new 15% tip on top of everything.

Kinda off topic but how many odd places are asking for tips. ..I get food service if you actually serve me something. I'm not giving tips at a liquor store or supermarket
