I do. Very much so. Or at least a trade or tech school if that is what they're more geared toward. It's absolutely a tragedy the number of people we don't have reach their potential due to our backward society. The economics of the lost opportunity costs are tremendous.

I use it to try to educate or to correct misinformation, but a lot of people are hostile to being educated. They instead embrace race baiting blog posts, and fear monger, among other things. Even in the face of the data (like how violent crime in the country is way down over the last four to five decades), they dig in and deny. They feel, and don't think.

Ah yes, the great always right know-it-all educating the unwashed masses, how very humble of you!

There's also more crime that goes undetected as well.

Newsflash - until very recently high-wage jobs did not require you to understand the effects of REEEEEEacism on penguin migration and to know at least 100 different genders and 1,000 different micro-aggressions. Or rather they still do not but thanks to the multi-billion dollar shakedown the likes of Al and Jesse could not have even dreamed of teaching and enforcing these ARE the high-wage jobs nowadays.

My company recently had a required HR training module consisting of an approximate 45 min slideshow with mini videos on genders, micro aggressions, harassment, etc. with quizzes at the end. Last I knew you are either born a he or a she but now you also have to worry about offending someone if you mistakenly write he or she in an email when you should have called them 'theirs' If they don't have their designated pronoun in their email sig, how in the world would you know?! I'll call anyone whatever they prefer to be called but now we have this whole new woke battleground over gender pronouns.

Since we are on the topic of education...I'll also throw in that there's now one out there called 'furries.' Apparently some students think they are animals and their preferred pronoun is 'furry.' Teachers/schools are expected to have litter boxes in restrooms so not to offend 'furries.'

I was taught in elementary school that "theirs" was in the plural. Guess we are supposed to abandon the grammar we learned and the three "Rs" after all, because their idea of "critical thinking" renders all that null and void.

Pronouns are actually helpful when dealing with South Asians where Shailendra is a he and Muskan is a she, for example. But a he/him/his Jeff or Michael is quite comical, especially if they also cram a BLM jpeg into their signature.

And speaking of all those by no means cheap training modules and all sorts of VPs of diversity and inclusion that are also by no means cheap - that’s where your bonus dollars are going.

Is that why our bonuses aren't as big as they used to be?! Geez...thanks woke corporate America for sharing the wealth! lol

You have to be careful though because a Jeff could now be a they/them/theirs. You'd never know though unless they put all that into their sig.

Well, previously CEO and the rest of the C suite got their share and peons got the rest, now you also have the shakedown brigade that takes a big bite out of it.
