That means there's no class warfare and everyone can say they've benefitted from it. It'll allow the parents, rich, middle class or poor, to use the money they're saving on other things. So now I support the program and I hope it continues indefinitely.
As I see it, the reason free lunch is now for everybody and not just for the kids who qualify is that way they think that those kids won't be singled out for having to get free food. The thing is, kids always know anyway.

I don't understand your argument.

Are your kids willing to eat school lunches? Mine never would except for the pizza on Fridays that was from a local restaurant. I would never eat them myself and just bought an apple.

The free lunch is out there. Not everyone needed it, maybe some kids don't even like it but it's out there. We paid for lunch last year I believe and our kids did like it for the most part. From what i understand it's the same food. I'm guessing they don't eat all of it and sometimes they bring their own. They're picky, they're kids

Yes, There was always a lot of stigma attached to the free lunch crowd. It's really sad. My mother was a teacher for a long time and saw a lot of kids who were embarrassed to even receive the lunch and go without food instead.

Congratulations. You can afford really expensive snacks and your kids are still taking in the free benefits while their parent complains on the internet about it. you really made it to the top.

I did thanks! The people who cannot afford to buy their kids lunch at all have got some issues for sure.

At any school I went to, there was no free lunch crowd.

Congrats to you again. Sounds like you had it pretty tough. Why can't everyone be as fortunate as you
