Hi there

We've recently moved from Scotland to North Billerica and wondered if you could give us some advice on entertainment, days out and particularly, food. We heard that there is a Scottish shop in Lowell, but I can't find it on the internet or the phone book.

Do you know of this shop? Its fame has spread as far as Glasgow, where the woman who sold us our wedding rings had bought sausages there.

Weird world, eh?

Thanks in advance...

Bahookie

Welcome to the neighborhood.

What kind of entertainment are you looking for?

The Tsongus arena is in Lowell.
There is minor league hockey, college hockey, concerts and other stuff there all the time.

In the spring / summer there is minor league baseball in Lowell .

U Mass Lowell has a crew team on the river.

There is even a pro Lacrosse team in Lowell. I think its called the Cannons.

The Lowell music hall has all kinds of events.

Nasua, NH has some great restraints and shopping right up RT3

Good Luck
