Wanting to put in for a transfer, working for a national company has advantages, but i am wondering if my pay and the cost of living will be managable, i will have one college student andmy husband will also be looking for work

It does not seem so, no.

But it does appear they once planned to take over the Rainbow Dialysis Clinic in Wailuku. There's an undated job listing on the Davita site which states:
