Hello All,
Are there any good and hygienic swimming pools in Germantown area? My assumption is in fitness centers I cannot only signup for swimming and really do not want to pay the high gym membership. I looked up
Germantown aquatic center and its $39/month + application fee. I really am looking for paying up to $15/month, any suggestions? I live in an apartment complex and the community pool
might work but I really cant go in the times its open (10 am-10 pm) would prefer early mornings.

You won't find a community pool that just allows anyone to swim there. Germantown Athletic Club is one of the most popular ones in Germantown, and YMCA in Collierville is pretty affordable for a family membership. Most pools in Germantown and Collierville will have fences with signs saying you must be a resident or paying member. I don't know of any pools in the area that are $15/month or less. You might start looking in Memphis.

That's too cheap for pool access. YMCA's and the Kroc sometimes do a sliding scale for membership based on your salary. THe Y downtown has a pool, and the one on Quince does - not sure about anything in the suburbs. It'll be more than $15 though.
