Smoking anything can not only make you appear to be aged, but the carcinogens in the smoke can actually kill you from the various cancers that they cause.
The only things that can actually age you on the spot, are things like; sleep deprivation, poor health, unemployment, hunger, marital problems, your children, relationships, and environmental stressors in general.
However, if you have nice relationships in general, especially a good spouse or personal best friend, a good income, great health, normal sleeping hours, and normal environmental stressors, you should live to be 100.
