Eh?? I'm only asking about ski resorts in Northeastern Mexico because I'm thinking about moving from London to El Paso in the near future.

As already stated, Mexico has zero ski resorts, 'not a sport there, but not much snow there is the real reason; plus Mexico is known for it's beaches for the most part.
However, there is some skiing available a few hours north of El Paso by car, or of course, excellent ski resorts via flights from El Paso that are not too expensive, especially for you coming from the UK. With a flight, the options are almost unlimited.
