Haitians and Latinos dominate Little Haiti/Little Havana respectively. The blacks have Liberty City/Overtown and Miami Gardens on lock. That's about all I know as far as ethnic enclaves in Miami.

----

Hispanics are predominant in every area, from the poshest neighborhoods to dilapidated neighborhoods. Non Hispanics are confined to Liberty City, Little Haiti, Overtown and scattered patches around the territory.

Non Hispanics are a dwindling minority.

And even in Liberty City, Little Haiti, and Overtown, the Hispanic population is increasing. They're a little less than 20% of the population in each of those areas when they used to be almost all-Black.

Quite positive development that started a long time ago, when Cubans occupied large tracts of the NW that was previously non-inhabitable back in the 70's.

"hispanic" population increasing?? hummm, even if that's true, I find it hard to believe. Miami is becoming more black American from my perspective...but hey,if the numbers state otherwise, who am I to talk?

I think what's happening is that more black people are moving to hispanic areas in SW Miami. You also have more black hispanics In the past people in general either lived in NW or SW Miami and going to Broward was like travelling to another country Now days people move around the county more often.

That's a good thing, then. Lately I've been fancying black girls, I hope it's true they are moving all over Miami.
