I live in little havana not too far from the "culture" district section of 8th street or whatever it's called now. I've never been in the shops, but judging from the fact that tour buses pretty much stop there in front of the mcdonalds and let tourists wander around the area into restaurants/cigar shops, I'm guessing they are overpriced. Tourists are probably willing to pay that price. Quality of the product I don't know anything about, I don't smoke
