If she wants safety and south beach, south beach is a pretty good bet. Besides for 3-4 days a year South Beach is a very safe neighborhood.

How is it an "adventure" when you're pretty much moving to a place just like where you have lived your whole life? An adventure is moving from Ohio to Miami or NYC to Colorado.
