A very cool addition to Miami, I think it will fit in just fine. Miami is like the Rio of the states minus the hills.

This is Hadid's first skyscraper to be commissioned in North America and it certainly stands out compared to the other buildings next to it. Very nice.

Eh, it's okay. Not jumping out of my seat about it but maybe future renderings will make it look better.

What an ugly pile of scrap metal. I guess when you think "can it get any worse" it always can.

It's only going to be 6 feet taller than Marquis...dang. It can't look like in the picture.

At least it will get rid of the BP station and PAWN shop, the condo next to it looks like an ice cube tray.

The more I look at it the less I like it. The whole building looks like some sort of evil creature. I don't see how they plan on selling $4.5M condos (minimum!) in Downtown Miami anyway. The market doesn't have the demand for that now or even in the foreseeable future. Penthouses, yes. A whole building filled with multi million dollar condos? Absolutely not. Even if it did it would be in Brickell, not Downtown.

I don't see a market for it either. Miami does not have an unlimited supply of shady people.
