Please only speak on factual information. Look at beneath my name what does it say? I obviously searched before I posted.

I am talking facts, your mus not be a good real estate agent, everyone has shown proof of studios wih the one person that found a loft at vizcayne at what ? $1990 10 bucks off

Show a real 1 bedroom non loft at vizcayne for under 2000 and I'll rent it.

As a real estate agent you shouldn't sell fantasies to people so then they end up at loft 1 or 2 anyway

Best news to me:

Lincoln Road's New Hat Store; Boca Raton Resort For Sale - Linkage - Curbed Miami
Transit-Oriented Multifamily Rising in the Grove - Daily News Article - GlobeSt.com

FINALLY!!! This is LONG overdue. This is what should all around the city and outlying suburbs with access to the train: easy and fast access to train stations. Too bad we have to wait until 2016. As long as it's not expensive I would move in. That's exactly what I want, just like how it should be and how it is in other big cities: easy, convenient and fast walking distance to train stations, easy, convenient and fast walking distances to all needs like food stores, pharmacies, etc. and bus stops and trolleys would be great too.

Citylover, we have one of these already at Downtown Dadeland, but one of the issues is people don't feel safe crossing Kendall Drive and US1 to get to local businesses. In this case, it's 27th Ave. and US1. Also Downtown Dadeland is too expensive, and I doubt the Grove towers will be cheaper. Many nearby businesses within a 10 minute walk are along or a block off of US1 which is not a pleasant walking environment. CocoWalk itself would be a hike. So I am sceptical. Some people may walk and take the train to work--which is great--but they'll be driving almost everywhere else. Unless there's a US1 pedestrian overpass, wider sidewalks, and massive traffic calming on 27th Ave. that is supposed to happen by 2016?
