I am trying to learn more about the dating scene in Miami and how to go about getting the girl I want.
First off I really am into Latina woman, so one of the reasons I really want to learn about it in Miami.
I am a 21 year old male who is decent looking and has a very good income. Also I speak 50% spanish.I have investments worth a couple million dollars and I plan on getting a penthouse somewhere in Miami. However, I am NOT looking for any gold diggers whatsoever. I am just trying to say that I'm good with money and not some broke bum.
I am looking for a latina girl who is down to earth and very sweet and affectionate just like latinas from south america, I would prefer colombian, venezuelan, or cuban. I want a woman who cares about family and doesn't need to everything in life to be happy. A girl who has some latin flare, can dance, dresses very feminine and is loyal. AlObviously cares about money but isn't a goldigger. Also I would like would who is beautiful, is this possible to find there?
What's the best places to go and meet girls like this? I'm not thinking south beach which is capital of goldiggers. Also would like her to be humble and come from a modest background.
I am not a super flashy guy at this moment, I dress nice and very cleaned and groomed, I have a very outgoing personality, care about family, come from humble beginnings, not a duechebag, and very adventurous and fun to be around. Just looking for the type of girl I listed above?

haha good luck at ur ages. most girls you will run into (about ur age) are after the cheddar and a free ride and nothing else. once they hit 30s and start to worry that their looks fading then they start looking for husbands not sponsors. those girls ur looking for, u find in south america. america corrupts them. NOTE : i said most not all, its a really hard dating scene in miami. nearly every girl i found that was down to earth was broward not dade. as i said.... good luck and have fun in the mean tym
Hang out at events at the University of Miami, and FIU, and act normal. Consider even joining a class or two to expand your mind. Don't spend all your time trying to impress, just be courteous and down to Earth, for a down-to-Earth girl. Join a bunch of MeetUps so you can meet girls with some similar interests to you. A lot of them function as large groups of young people who do activities like kayaking or biking, or seeing movie or theater, concerts, or going to restaurants. Try something new, because it's a great way to test yourself, and to bond with other people. Be honest about who you are, what you're looking for, and how much of yourself you have to devote to a relationship. Don't make her think you might marry her if you have no intention of getting married, and don't treat her like a club girl if you want something serious and drama-free.
Be confident, and just focus on having a good time, not on the superficial. There are a million beautiful young girls in Miami. But if you show yourself to be non-superficial, you will attract a non-superficial girl - which usually also means low-drama. The great thing about Miami is there are a ton of things to do, so it's easy to meet girls while you're out there exploring the sites and learning about your new location. If you do things that interest you, you're bound to find girls you age doing the same thing you so you can strike up a conversation. Girls would be happy to talk to a decent-looking, clean, respectful guy who shows an interest in what they have to say.
If you want to meet women specifically in certain nationality groups, it also works well to go see a local band whose is originally from that country. Learn to dance if you don't already know how - even taking lessons might introduce you to a cute partner you want to see after the dance class. But Cubans are easy to find in Miami, and if you hang out around places like Brickell, you'll also meet a lot of South Americans.
It's really not that hard if you're a nice person, who has mastered confident-but-not-arrogant, and who likes something outside of sitting at home staring at your computer. Just make sure she doesn't already have a boyfriend so you don't get a pounding!

From what I understand Miami has lot of exotic girls and may be one reason people move to Miami. But from what I understand any where in Miami or little Havana girls are very picky more so than other girls in the US.
Despite the appearance of girls in Miami that look and dress promiscuous and easy to get date are the opposite. They may look and dress promiscuous more so than most cities in the US but girls in Miami are very picky.
You have more luck getting a Mexico girl in LA than Cuban girl in Miami.

lol well said. i used to live in south beach for 5 years and have met id day 8-10 cuban girls through friends of friends. all but 2 was an escort, the other was a full time gold digger bouncing from sponsor to sponsor. by no means am i saying all cuban girls are like that... but south beach did attract those kind. A LOT are pay to play
My uncle is 60 and his wife is 34 and lives in Weston so that tells you about the South Florida scene if you have money you can get a trophy easy, world of advice man if you do get a trophy wife get one with at least some common sense or brains and not a bat s.hit crazy one and get a pre nup if you are going to get married. It is very easy to tell from this thread why these posters have no play with local girls and are bitter. I have plenty of Cuban female friends here and they are gorgeous, and really nice girls. So many men come to Miami and treat them with such utter disrespect - you can see the attitude right here calling them golddiggers and escorts and "promiscuous" without even speaking to them like a human being first and getting to know them! These kinds of disgusting men will never get a beautiful, loving, smart woman because they have no respect for women as human beings in the first place. My friends date guys who are respectful, have a good head on their shoulders, are kind to my friends' families, like a good time but are not alcoholics or drug addicts, and who have a steady career path in mind but who do not necessarily make that much money. A nice guy who takes care of himself and is a gentleman.
The men posting here are not even close to gentlemen, and don't have respect for or like women, so you can see why they have no luck dating beautiful Cuban girls in Miami. Miami has superficial and unpleasant people just like any location does, but my experience has been that there are plenty of Cuban-American girls, and girls whose family origins are from all over South and Central America, who are smart, kind, and looking for a thoughtful man who treats them like a human being. If you come in with an attitude and think women owe you a date just because you want to have sex with them, of course no one will give you the time of day, nor should they. Women want to date grown respectful MEN, not selfish 12-yr-old boys.
Starfish, great posts! I don't know how old you are, but you are wise beyond your years. "Don't judge a book by it's cover" is an adage as old as the hills.
BTW, I think the same applies to men also. Our current culture/media/politics emphasize material and superficial things, and the younger men are influenced by that (and some older men), and reflect it. Deep down, as they grow up, they are different. I think all the posters here are no more or no less gentlemen than anyone else.

woman need to be respectful woman and maybe these men will treat them with respect. act like a hoe and get treated like a hoe. as i stated mine was a miami beach experience. im sure its different off the beach. all the latinas i dated that werent hoes were all not from miami beach. either broward or further afar. not all cuban women are like this. just the 10 or so i know via friends. btw im not bitter at all. my gf is elsalvadorian and we been together 3 yrs. has nothing to do with bitterness or not being a gentleman as u state. it just being honest. i like to call things exactly as they are.
