Anyone see these commercials? I was laughing at the whole concept! "Tourism is our #1 industry". Evidently customer service is such a problem that people are being encouraged to give better customer service. Yeah. Those making minumum wage and piled in a crappy condo will be in such a great mood. Besides we all know that tourism is not Miami's #1 industry, corruption is! Check out their website for even more laughs- see the M I A M I acronym!

Sounds like one of those unintentionally funny ad campaigns -- sort of like the "Ride it Like a Ford" commercials that have returned to the local airwaves.
