Anyone see these commercials? I was laughing at the whole concept! "Tourism is our #1 industry". Evidently customer service is such a problem that people are being encouraged to give better customer service. Yeah. Those making minumum wage and piled in a crappy condo will be in such a great mood. Besides we all know that tourism is not Miami's #1 industry, corruption is!
