I'm looking for a home or condo in Fl will be 2nd property for us. Are the Condo's like Center One cool as a rental ? are there alternatives? good security? or are there subdivisions gated and with security? What are the nicest areas close to Beach? I'm also looking at SW Florida near Naples? Any suggestions

anything in the "SOUTH OF 5th" area of South Beach is highly desirable.

Any residential building Brickell in Downtown Miami or 50 Biscayne, One Miami, Loft 2, Loft, Everglades on the Bay, in the CBD are all very desirable. I'd suggest you look into apartments in Downtown Miami before any other place. Downtown offers everything you'd need without having to touch a car. There's a free Metro train that runs 3 lines in Downtown plus Metrorail has 3 stations in downtown.

Is One Miami worth the rental prices? Is it good? Close to the Beach ? Hey I'm comparing a condo near the beach to a place like a condo/apartment in SW florida near Sanibel or Cape Coral etc. That is close to boat docks ect and the SW Florida beaches. Any suggestions?
