Avoid "old" Mexico...pretty scary 8.1 earthquake....been through several quakes, but none close to that magnitude.

You must be confused good sir Colorado Springs is the city for these folks. Unlike boring old NM Colorado is up and coming lots to do outdoors city amenities low property taxes...

I had to leave Miami when our hotel shut down for David ...Drove back to Orlando where I lived, btw.

Grand Junction is rated much safer than Colorado Springs.

Boise, ID rates very high without any major natural disaster. Just go north a little, and weather is just like California at summer.
