It’s all over except the crying.

Looks like Boston covered too.

I saw a spread on the Caesars bet for Boston -5.5 so they didn't cover. And the O/U was 197 . amazing how well they can predict an O/U in basketball.

Better free throw shooting (only 10 of 18 in first half) would’ve made the difference. Valiant effort but as Embiid said, Heat need another star. Might’ve seen Herro’s last performance in a Heat uniform. Coach Spo—any reason Martin did not see any action last night?

Why didn't Herro see much playing time? He was sixth -man of the year?

Groin issue kept him out of 3 prior games. That, or in the words of Stephen A Smith, he was working more on his modeling career. Donovan Mitchell will be a big improvement over him—get it done Riley.

That's hard for me to believe. From the early moments right after game 6 ended, then line had been set at -2.5 at many places, and then crept up to -3 as tipoff approached yesterday. That's what I got at Wynn right at 5:30pm PDT.** Strip sportsbooks are usually pretty close, if not identical, and most sporting events. It's had for me to believe that there would have been such a significant difference between Caesars & Wynn right before the game started.

**I should clarify that I had the Heat +3 of course, not the Celtics -3, but my "point" stands about the betting line.

I seriously doubt that.

Now Robinson on the other hand...

Plenty of rumors to that effect….Herro, Robinson and ?????….I do it in a heartbeat; bigger question is whether Utah wants to. Spida is a bonafide All Star.

Celtics fan here now living in Miami... Gut wrenching hard fought series on both sides. Have so much respect for Jimmy Buckets playing hurt and carrying the Heat the last couple games. Agreed that the Heat are one guy away from a possible championship. I believe that both Jimmy Butler and Joel Embiid want to play together again and may be reunited at some point.

Most sports talking heads are expressing that the Celtics match up well against the Warriors. They also have the best record of any other team against them in the Steve Kerr era. I definitely have a wait and see attitude after this series with Miami.

I think all eastern conference teams should be "ascared" of The Bucks with Giannis and a healthy Middleton next year.

Donovan would be a huge upgrade!! Lowry was great but I'd trade him in a heartbeat for Donovan. Are we getting a big man or just keep it small again next year?

I couldn't believe the fear that Jimmy and Bam had in going to the lane when Williams was under the rim..and in Game 6 & 7, they even hesitated when it was Horford! The shots were so difficult and the Celtics shots were so much easier throughout the games. Bam isn't the answer at center for a 7 game series and I love Bam.
