i will post again with more detail. that house in background is called maronda... thats the type of house... in miami what type is yours... also how do you know what type it is..... in cutler ridge.that is my type the 2nd photo its in cutler ridge.

The houses in Miami are the same type as elsewhere in Florida, the new ones are crammed together, Califonia style.Miami people do not want a yard except for parking their cars

The one-story houses that are common in the Miami area (like the one in your Cutler Ridge photo) are typically referred to as ranches. I've never heard them called anything else.

mean bear theyre from orlando.tall rick why is california crowded... why do you like them so much if theyre crowded whats so great about more noise...miamis blue is there any more stuff you or tall rick can tell me about this house type i have... what is so bad about it and why are they cheaper are they worse... because mine is fine what is so bad.
