Hey guys I have a question for you, how hard is it to drive to the Crisp point Lighthouse? Can I drive up to it , can my Jeep reach it?

I was told there is a logging trail that goes there- what detail does that mean, just a typical Michigan dirt road or what?

I need answers soon.

Mark

I haven't been there is a few years, but there is a dirt road right up to it. Access is easy, just a bit jumpy, with potholes is all.

I got up there in a monte carlo, so a jeep would have absolutely no problem. The road is bumpy and it is two track in some places but most cars can get up there as long as there has not been a recent torential downpour or something like that. Beautiful desolate area, totally unspoiled so its worth it. I will warn you however that I was completely assulted by black flies. They are the only spoiler.
