This is so cool!
I thought that I was going nuts as I have been seeing a lot of New York plates for the past year now here in Kalamazoo. I see new cars almost everyday. On one of my recent listings, my clients even told me that they saw New York plates on the people's car that were looking at their house......they did not buy it though.
Sold it to a couple from Illinois!

Maybe they are more noticable because they are orange.

I have actually been seeing a lot of NY plates pass through Lansing, too, this month. Some are running normal errands around town, and some having a kayak or other recreational item attached to the car headed north on 127.

Seeing a NY plate makes me cringe a little, as I spent 3 years in NC where NYers are flocking to, but... Hey, could be Michigan folks returning home.
