I read the piece and watched the video @ A look inside Marine One | Military Times | militarytimes.com and, while it was interesting, they never showed the cabin or the things that make it special. I guess it's for security reasons. A puff piece?

As I have been on a POTUS mission, I have seen the inside of the UH60 Marine 1....no pictures allowed what so ever, inside, guarded 24/7 by 2 armed guards.

Pictures were only allowed when the doors were closed...

I've been inside multiple executive transport planes that belong to the Navy and Airforce. They look like a luxury business jet inside. They have WIFI. They also have a chef that is part of the aircrew.

I used to live beside the chief pilot of the VP's plane.

He tells a funny story about a flight to one of the plush Colorado resorts, can't remember Vail or Aspen. Anyway, VP wanted to go in the bigger jet. The pilot finally had to break out the chart and explained that the big jet could not clear the mountains on takeoff, the VP finally came around.
