Hello everyone,

I've been going through the forums here for a bit and figured even though I saw some good info I'd ask my question just to play it safe.

So I'm a newly admitted UWM grad student who was just married not to long ago. We are pretty quiet people (not into lots of loud parties etc) and are looking to find a studio or 1 bedroom in the area if possible (but we are willing to commute if we can find a good area).

With that said does anyone have any recommendations for properties which might be good for us to visit in April? We really want to get a solid look before we commit but we only have a few days off of work to go check things out so we want to make it count.

Thanks in advance!

When did you want to rent? Also what is your price range?

I'm thinking we'd want to sign around may/june and we are trying to keep rent around 600-800 ish range. We can do a little more but would rather not.

a smaller flat on the southern edge of Shorewood would be ideal - lots going on, lots to walk to, but also quiet. Nice older homes, not too pricey mostly. "Snorewood" might be a perjorative to some, but I love the fact its close to exciting areas yet is quiet and low key.
