What do you mean by "bacon with the skin" on it? Try some real butcher shops, or ethnic grocery stores (if it is something ethnic). If they don't have it maybe they can refer you to someone who makes it. Or try that place that does pig roasts, they may know some pig farmers who do their own butchering and smoking.

I' ve a 7 year old Autistic daughter.She is very hiper_active,she can't speak,she isn't toilete trained & she can't eat on her own.We have just been migrated to U.S.A.We don't have any health insurrances right now.We I want to evalute my daughter through some propper doctor & want to start some homebase educational program depending on her specific needs.Although she goes to school for 4 hours, but I think thats not enough b/c rest of a time she is with me & i don't how to managed her.P.S do help me to find some Dr. & home base program that is also not burden on my pocket.Thanks

I would try calling Bernie's Meats in Port Washington or Karl's Country Market in Menomonee Falls. Both do a whole lot of in-house smoking and processing (primarily of sausage) but would probably be good leads on where to find what you're looking for. Miesfeld's in Sheboygan might be another place to call.
