No custard at either Phoenix restaurant.

AZ-88 (Scottsdale) is very similar to Elsa's in Milwaukee. Similar menu, massive drinks, similar decor, but with a massive patio. Hanny's (walking distance from where I live in Phoenix) is a different concept. It's a restored department store, and it is really an interesting place.

The only Kopp establishment to which I have never been, is (or was) Bar 89 in New York, which closed early 2013 after something like 17 years in business. It might be because of the plans to develop a pizza restaurant in Milwaukee at 100 E. Seeboth St.--I'm only speculating though. I don't know the status of that plan.

Default Red Barn

Back in the 70's, in West Allis out on HWY 100 while cruising we would park at the Red Barn for a burger and fresh custard. It was pretty good & I see it's now an Oscar's.
