yea - that is what it comes down to. Retaining the big dogs with the good jobs. Trend has been going the wrong direction lately. If you have a lower rate, but attract new business, that could potentially end up generating more revenue. 100x3 > 50x5. Overall we are doing decent, but we could do better in my opinion. Lets just say I agree with you about "as long as they produce something ...." If we were middle of the pack with entitlements, greyhound would not add extra buses to Minneapolis that match with dates the government cuts checks. They don't even live here.

Basically, lowering tax is not something you get immediate return on, but we have room to cut some other stuff to offset it. Puts us more in line with neighbors to the west that been eating up a lot of our potential new business.
