Hertz car sales. Buy a rental car. I've seen the Prius c for about $10k on there. You can usually buy a 2 year old car for $1000-$2000 below blue book no haggling. You can do a trial rental if you want and buy the Car over the phone.

Try using the various car sites like Autotrader but set a wider geographic area. We currently live in SD but I have been looking in Mpls, Omaha, Sioux City and Sioux Falls for cars. The last time we purchased a used vehicle a few years ago we did the same.
