Hey everyone, I just got a job in Excelsior in my field of work and I was thinking of moving from MPLS to the area to cut costs as much as I can (good wage, but not many hours starting out). I don't really know much about anywhere in the metro apart from MPLS and the NW suburbs, so I was wondering if anyone could give me any idea of what type of price range I would be looking at for a studio apartment. Thanks for the help!

I don't know about studios, but I previously had a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath with a 2 car garage in Excelsior for $840. I believe 1 bedrooms start as low as $600.

Example 1 bedroom for $599.....

Exceslior is a nice area, lots of small shops, good places to eat and drink. I love it! Congrats on the new job, hope you find a place.

Not familiar with apartments, but Excelsior is a great town, great shopping, the lake, restaurants, it will be a great place to live & work.
