Waseca would be my first choice. It's a great town. Why not look there?

Well the convenience of a larger city like Faribault & Owatonna is what I like lots of restraunts & the shopping I need plus the quick connection to I35, yet Waseca inst a far commute from either. Right now I'm faced with higher cost of living then what I have now. I am a Single Adult working for the Railroad, My income can vary on how busy we are. I prefer a quiet living style due to my work schedule. I like areas with friendly people that are welcoming to new residents.

I'd say Waseca too. It's so close to Owatonna anyway that it'd be an easy drive to get there when needed.
